The Institute of War and Peace Studies (IWPS) is based in Kabul with a presence across Afghanistan and represents a beacon of hope and understanding in a region often torn by conflict.
Established six years ago, this non-profit and apolitical think tank has dedicated itself to the rigorous study and analysis of peace and conflict dynamics in Afghanistan and the broader region. At IWPS, our vision is to foster a world where conflicts are resolved through dialogue and mutual understanding rather than through violence.
Our mission is to produce groundbreaking research, provide strategic analysis, and offer insightful policy recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. We aim to be a key contributor to the peace-building process in Afghanistan and beyond.
